If you're following my move to the new condo on ANY form of social media and/or reading the blog, then you guys know....the struggle has been seriously, real.
I'm not the most efficient 'mover'.
I have had the condo for over a month now and am still living out of boxes. That's only because I work full-time, blog full-time, and actually NEED a personal life to keep my sanity.
You get me right? Anyone else a boss lady and killing it?
I did give you guys a little sneak peek into my bedroom, on the blog, and that is actually coming along well!
It's everything else that needs a little help. So, this is me literally inviting you guys into my messy little living room space. (Don't judge me.) And don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it. I just need it...finished. You know?
I need art on the walls, I need a sexy coffee table, with a Kate Moss coffee table book, (duh) and perhaps a green plant?
Obviously, the gold bar cart went up asap. Priorities...
Between the move, work, blogging, and having a social life, life in general can get super busy. We've all been there. Being overly busy can result in unhealthy eating/drinking which is a total no no in my books.
Again, you WILL totally catch me with a bag of chips and dark chocolate covered almonds on occasion, but, as I've always said, balance is key.
Which is why I LOVE these Pure Leaf teas.
They've been my favourite drink for a while now. I've actually been drinking them all summer. Remember this post?
These teas are super refreshing, and they've been getting me through the move. It's easy to pour yourself a glass (or two, or three) of wine and the next thing you know the entire bottle is gone. Healthy? Not so much. So, instead of reaching for that bottle of wine, I opt for one of these teas instead. They are delicious and you don't have to deal with hangovers in the morning. So. Much. Yes.
And the great thing is, the shit in here is REAL. No artificial anything! Celebrate real moments with Pure Leaf Iced Tea because it’s real brewed tea, made from real tea leaves. It really doesn't get any better.
If you DO want to spice things up a bit, and I'm not saying you need to, but you can always add a little alcoholic beverage in there. Balance it out with some fruit. My favourite kinda mix is a lemon flavoured Pure Leaf tea, a little champagne, and garnish with your favourite fruits. I like raspberries, blueberries, and slices of lemon. Mmm.
Okay, but seriously, if you guys have any moving in tips, send them my way. I'm all ears.
It's been go-go-go since I bought the place, and I'm not complaining, but I'm falling behind on my Netflix shows. Which is totally NOT okay.
Living out of boxes has been fun, but I need to get my shit together. I do want to do a full home post for you guys, because slowly everything is coming together. I know, I need to be patient. Ugh, I have zero patience.
Maybe I'll do a blog post on patience, and the importance of it. LOL. Thoughts?
How are you guys? I feel a bit disconnected from you all because I've been really preoccupied with the move. But do tell!
Has anyone tried these amazing teas yet?
This blog post is in collaboration with Pure Leaf Canada. As always, all opinions are my own.
