My Go-To Green Juice.

When it comes to healthy eating habits, I can't say that I'm one who follows them very well. I do love my bagels, chocolate croissants, pastas, and overall junk food. I eat a lot and I do it all the time! I'm one of those whose got chocolate chip cookies and chips in my office drawer. However, I try and eat as healthy as I possibly can. One of my favourite healthy habits is actually something I recently started doing. Juicing. 

Now, if you are anything like me (not a morning person), you need something quick and easy. Juicers are great. However, they take up way too much of my time in the morning, and I personally would like that extra time for snoozing. Which is why the Magic Bullet has become my best friend. So technically, I'm not really juicing. I'm more so blending a bunch of my favourite fruits and veggies together. 

I'm absolutely in love with this daily 'morning ritual.' It's fast, simple, and most of all I feel great in the mornings. 

Below is my recipe. You can use any green vegetable, and really any fruit. 

Orange Juice. Or Almond milk, Apple juice, Grapefruit juice. 
Spinach. Or Kale
Ginger. I have been putting ginger in EVERYTHING. It is amazing. If you aren't on board yet, get on it!


I can honestly say this green juice has changed my life! I feel super healthy and energized. And this way I can continue with my not-so-healthy ways, and not feel terrible about it!
