Garlic & Rosemary Thinly Sliced Potatoes.

When it comes to cooking, I'm not your #1 go-to chef. I never know what ingredients mesh well together or how much salt something needs. Some people have a knack for cooking. Can I say I have a knack for good style? However, lately I figured I should slowly start to introduce small dishes into my life here and there.

I was quite impressed with myself when I made these delicious Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes! It probably isn't something I would serve alone for dinner, but it does make for great snack food! It didn't take me long to prepare and make the dish, but potatoes usually need an hour to bake. So give yourself about 1.5 hours for the entire process. Get the recipe below!

What you need:

Potatoes
Thinly sliced garlic
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Oregano
Olive Oil

Instructions:

Pre-heat your oven to 425°F

Slice your potatoes into thin slices leaving the bottom connected.

Place thinly sliced garlic pieces in between every other slit of the potato.

Tuck rosemary leaves into the other slits of the potato.

Brush on olive oil.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and oregano to taste.

Put your potatoes in a glass tray and in the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Take out after 30 minutes and brush more olive oil over the potatoes making sure they don't stick to the tray.

Place potatoes back into the oven for another 30 minutes or until potatoes are crispy on the outside.

Garnish with fresh Rosemary leaves and enjoy a delicious snack!
