RESTAURANT REVIEW: CopaCabana & Shibui.

When it comes to restaurants, there are four attributes I look for:
1. Quality of food
2. Exceptional Service
3. Atmosphere
4. Cleanliness

Over the weekend, I visited an absolutely fabulous restaurant that has all of the above attributes, and more! If you have ever been to one of the CopaCabana restaurants, you've already experienced 70% of the fabulous-ness. Their newest location on Adelaide Street in Toronto is by far my favourite. With three floors to offer, you are sure to find the level that is you!

The bottom floor is their Japanese restaurant, Shibui Robata Bar, which offers a modern twist on the authentic style of Japanese dining. Serving everything from Sushi, to Tiger Prawn Tempura, to Miso Marinated Black Cod, this food is bound to blow your mind! Having tried all of the above, I have to say the Teriyaki Chilean Sea Bass is one that i'll be going back for!

The middle floor is all about their authentic Brazillian Rodizio. With over 25 different seasoned and grilled meats, and a buffet full of pastas, salads, breads, and pizza's, you're going to leave feeling 100% satisfied! I myself am not much of a meat eater, however, I do love my chicken, and if you end up here, you must indulge in their Moroccan seasoned chicken. My lovely boyfriend of course, eats every kind of meat possible, and he enjoyed the Garlic Steak Sirloin, Picanha Brazil, and the Parmesan Filet Mignon.

Finally, the top floor, my personal favourite, is more for the 'lively' crowd. With a fantastic bar, and a huge selection of signature cocktails, it was where my boyfriend and I celebrated 6 years. The dinner, atmosphere, and service at CopaCabana is of the finest quality.

I'm not finished...

Did I mention they have Latin dancers that come around every hour?! Yep, that's right! If you don't want to come for the food, grab a drink at the bar, and watch these super talented, super gorgeous girls, SHAKE IT!

I have to say I was extremely impressed with CopaCabana, and would recommend it to anyone who hasn't been. Mike and the team at Copa, were amazing and did everything in their power to make our 6th year anniversary a special one.

A special thank you to CopaCabana & Shibui for hosting us.

Oh yes, one more thing. #Spotted Brazil's goalie, Julio Cesar, sitting at the table next to us!
